2. Return Policy
- Return Window: You may return products within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or perishable items are not eligible for return.
- Initiating a Return: Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after inspection.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
