    Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1. Order Cancellation
    • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
    • How to Cancel: Please contact our customer service with your order ID via email or phone.
    • Custom Orders: Cancellation is not applicable for custom-made or personalized products.
    2. Refund Eligibility
    • Full Refund: Provided if cancellation is made on time and product is not shipped.
    • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you're eligible for a full refund or exchange.
    • Return Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.
    3. Refund Process
    • Timeline: Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
    • Mode of Refund: Will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.).
    • Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
    4. Non-refundable Situations
    • Used or damaged products not due to our error
    • Returns initiated after the return window (7 days)
